Our team has carried out events all over the world from GT Academy to the Technical Support for McLaren's World's Fastest Gamer (WFG), we can manage the process for all stakeholders.
Ben has a wealth of experience in running and organising events. After working for many years in the corporate motorsport sector, in 2015 Ben started Simply Race, a motorsport simulator venue that really puts an emphasis on eSports and making their clients feel like driving superstars.
Whilst running Simply Race, the company was invited to hire out and run simulators across the globe - Virtually Entertained is a realisation of a passion to put on events for a number of different stakeholders in the best locations globally.
Ben was awarded 'Young Business Person of the Year' at the MK Business Achievement Awards in 2017.
Actively involved in motorsport since the age of 4, racing is in his blood. A multiple national champion on 2 wheels, then winner of a racing talent finding programme on 4 wheels, Laurence has experience with many aspects of racing from a participation and work perspective.
Laurence was previously the Head of Activities and Business Development for Silverstone Circuit and ran the Driving Experience Centre that processed over 40,000 drivers per year with a turn over in excess of £6 million. He has worked with many high profile brands during his time but the most relevant to this project, is his role in creating and developing the World Famous Nissan Playstation GT Academy. Laurence has continued to work closely with Nissan and Playstation on their Motorsport and Gran Turismo Projects.
Martyn has over 30 years experience in motorsport, in fact he attended his first race at 3 weeks old. He knows motorsport from every angle as a driver, team manager, venue manager, promoter and fan.
As the Operations Manager at Brands Hatch Circuit, Martyn organised high profile events like A1GP and World Superbikes. In 2008 he started working with Nissan and Sony as one of the founding members of the virtual to reality driver search programme – Nissan Playstation GT Academy.
Since then he has managed the operations and logistics for all 8 GT Academies. In his role Martyn also worked closely with the drivers and Performance trainers in the GT Academy Driver development programme.
Darren has been at the forefront the Sim Racing industry for 10+ years. As an owner of the Apex Racing League, a sim racing community, he ran and organised 40+ esports online racing leagues per week with 3500 active members across multiple racing titles.
As part of the aforementioned league, Darren established Apex Racing TV (iRacing broadcasting studio). As a result, Darren has huge amount expert broadcasting experience.
Darren also has many years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator for a Multinational business. His IT knowledge is unparalleled and help to ensure that our IT focused events always proceed without a hitch.
